Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website top.3dlogovo.com.ua ("the Website") and your purchase of products from 3DLogovo. By placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Who we are

The Website is operated by Kateryna Oleksandrivna Kibets, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (ФОП Кібець Катерина Олександрівна), tax identification number 3467411526 ("3DLogovo", "we", "us", "our"). Contact email: logovo.help@gmail.com.

3. Products and personalisation

We sell personalised 3D-printed products, some of which can be customised with a text inscription you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any text you submit (for example, that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful or offensive content). We may refuse to produce an inscription that is unlawful or abusive.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout in the currency you select. The final price is the one shown before you confirm your order.
• Available payment methods: online card payment via Monobank, cash on delivery, and payment to our bank account.
• Online card payments (Monobank) are processed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). The amount shown on the payment page is in UAH; your bank applies its own exchange rate when debiting your card in another currency.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within Ukraine (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta) and internationally.
• Delivery cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. For some methods the cost is determined by the carrier's tariff; for others, delivery is included in the product price.
• Delivery times are estimates and may depend on the carrier. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party you designate) take possession of the goods.

6. Ordering and contract formation

When you place an order and confirm the checkout, we send you an order confirmation. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order (by email or by displaying the order confirmation). We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, fraud or other lawful reason, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

• For standard (non-personalised) goods, you may withdraw from the purchase and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with consumer protection law, provided the goods are unused and in their original condition.
• Personalised goods — made to your individual specifications or with a custom inscription — are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned for that reason, to the extent permitted by law.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at logovo.help@gmail.com. We will refund the price of the goods (and the standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch. The cost of returning the goods is borne by you unless the goods are defective.

8. Defects

If the goods arrive damaged, defective or do not match your order, contact us as soon as possible with photos. You have statutory rights in this case — repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund — and we will handle your claim in accordance with the applicable law.

9. Consumer rights and warranty

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable law — in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and, for consumers in the European Union, the EU consumer protection rules.

10. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the ordered goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, design) belongs to 3DLogovo or its licensors and may not be used without our permission. You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation; if that is not possible, by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time you placed the order. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
