1. Who we are

This website (top.3dlogovo.com.ua, "the Website") is operated by Kateryna Oleksandrivna Kibets, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (ФОП Кібець Катерина Олександрівна), tax identification number 3467411526 ("3DLogovo", "we", "us", "our"). We act as the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity and contact data — name, email address and phone number, provided when you create an account, place an order or contact us.
• Delivery data — country, delivery address (city, street and house number), postal code, and any addresses you save in your account.
• Order data — products ordered, quantities, custom inscription texts you enter for personalisation, chosen shipping and payment methods, and amounts paid.
• Account data — login email, password (stored only in hashed form) and purchase history.
• Communication data — the content of messages you send us and our replies (email, messenger, phone).
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, language and currency preferences, and data collected through cookies and local storage (see section 5).

We do not collect or store full payment card details. Online card payments are processed entirely by our payment provider (Monobank); we only receive confirmation of the payment and its status.

3. How we use your data and the legal basis

We process personal data only for the purposes below and on the legal bases set out by the applicable law — in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• To fulfil and deliver your order (processing payment, arranging delivery, sending order confirmation and delivery status updates). Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• To provide customer support. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in providing support.
• To comply with the law (accounting, tax and business records, responding to lawful requests). Legal basis: legal obligation.
• To prevent fraud and ensure security. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our business and customers.
• To measure advertising performance — sending hashed (pseudonymised) email and phone identifiers of customers to Meta and TikTok after a purchase. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising; you may object at any time.
• To analyse website traffic using Google Analytics. Legal basis: your consent (for analytics cookies).
• To send direct marketing. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing your data with third parties

We share personal data only where necessary and only with the following categories of recipients:

• Payment providers — Monobank (JSC "Universal Bank"), to process online card payments.
• Delivery companies — Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta for deliveries within Ukraine, and international carriers for deliveries abroad. We share only the data needed for delivery (name, phone, address).
• Hosting provider — uaHosting, which hosts the Website and stores its data.
• Email service provider — our SMTP provider, used to send transactional emails.
• Analytics provider — Google (Google Analytics), to understand how visitors use the Website.
• Marketing platforms — Meta Platforms and TikTok, which receive hashed (SHA-256) email and phone identifiers after a purchase, solely to measure advertising performance.
• Geolocation and address services — ipwho.is (to pre-fill your country from your IP address) and OpenStreetMap Nominatim (to autocomplete your address).

We do not sell your personal data. Recipients process data only on our instructions and to the extent necessary to provide their services, or act as independent controllers under their own policies.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for:

• Strictly necessary — keeping your session, cart and cookie-banner choice.
• Preferences — remembering your chosen language and currency.
• Functional — storing your recently viewed products on your device.
• Analytics — Google Analytics, only with your consent.

You can manage or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the cart and checkout.

6. International transfers

Some providers (for example Google, Meta and TikTok) may process personal data outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In such cases we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law (for example standard contractual clauses). Contact us for more information about these safeguards.

7. How long we keep your data

• Order and billing data — for the period required by accounting and tax legislation (generally at least 3–5 years after the transaction).
• Account data — while your account is active; afterwards we erase or anonymise it unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Support correspondence — for as long as needed to resolve your request and a reasonable period afterwards.
• Hashed marketing identifiers — kept by Meta and TikTok under their own retention policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua), or your national data protection authority if you are in the EU.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 12. We will respond without undue delay and, where required, within one month.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the Website where appropriate.
